Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART’s) Green Line arrived in Carrollton in2010, ushering in a new era of tremendous opportunity – for developers, citizens, potential residents and businesses—in the form of transit-oriented development (TOD) opportunities. Carrollton’s future calls for reflecting on, and connecting with, the rail lines that now carry people to three new DART light rail stations. The stations link Carrollton directly to Dallas, other Metroplex cities, and eventually DFW Airport.
