Surrounded by modern highway systems, served by three rail lines and less than half-hours drive to the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Haltom City is a desirable and convenient place to live for its 42,000 residents. It is located just a few miles from the entertainment areas of Downtown Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Stockyards and all the attractions in the neighboring Mid-Cities area.
Haltom City real estate is in demand by families who know of the highly regarded Birdville Independent School District that serves the city, and by business people attracted by Haltom City’s potential. Birdville High School has a variety of Advanced Placement courses offered, including Math, Science, Social Studies, English, Foreign Language, Fine Arts, and Computer Science. Birdville High School's TAKS scores are higher than both the District and State's average percentage of meeting or exceeding standards in all grades tested.
Jason Todd is a native Texan and has lived here all his life. He grew up in the Lewisville area and is a graduate of Lewisville High School. He worked full time as a retail manager while attending the University of North Texas, where he graduated with a degree in business, specializing in marketing.
After graduating, he continued his success in retail management for over ten years and owned a very successful home interior business for over five years. The passion to help clients with real estate related needs drove Jason to pursue a career as a full time REALTOR. He is now solely dedicated to helping his buyer's and seller's, and for the last 25 years Jason has been exceeding his clients' expectations. His sales and marketing skills are tested over and over again.
Jason is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Collin County Association of Realtors and specializes in the areas of Coppell, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Double Oak, Lantana, and the surrounding communities.
When he’s not selling homes, Jason loves spending time with his family. His beautiful wife has been a 2nd grade teacher in Coppell ISD for over eighteen years, and they have three amazing children who keep them busy with their activities. Jason is very active in the community where he has lived for over forty years! He has seen a lot of change in this time, which gives him extensive knowledge of the area.
Customers describe Jason as “having a passion for helping people.” To Jason, it’s not just another real estate transaction that he is interested in, but a lifelong relationship. He often says “the greatest compliment anyone can pay me is in trusting me to help their friends and loved ones find the home of their dreams.”
